Is it possible to upload the complete version of this scene and give it ‘your treatment’? Also the open-matte version shows more of her ass and tits(in the later half of this scene).

For the open matte version, though, it wouldn’t be quite the same. The open matte was only released as a stream on some services, whereas the blu ray release got the wider (and therefore more cut off) version. This means that I wouldn’t be able to extract quite as much detail from the open matte as I would the blu ray.
That said, I could try to source the open matte stream to see what can be done. I might be surprised by how much detail there is anyway.
